How does Infrared Therapy work?

What does it feel like?

What do I need to bring?

Nothing at all, just yourself! The sauna is in your own private room, so most people prefer to go naked in the sauna. But by all means bring along some bathers if you prefer. We also have all the towels you need, plenty of alkaline water to hydrate, and a freshen-up station with crystal deodorant, make-up pads and cleanser and fresh wipes for afterwards.
